We check the concrete slab’s water drainage slope. It is vital that rainwater flows freely toward the floor traps without pooling underneath where the new deck will sit.

We construct a robust structural grid (joists) using heavy-duty, rust-proof aluminum runners or pressure-treated timber. We elevate the subframe slightly using specialized adjustable pedestals to maximize airflow and water clearance.

Our master carpenters lay out the decking planks. We maintain exact, uniform 3mm to 5mm expansion gaps between each board to allow rainwater to drain instantly and give the material space to expand safely in the midday sun.

For WPC and premium wood decks, we use hidden industrial-grade T-clips and stainless steel screws nestled inside the side grooves of the planks. This means zero visible screws on the surface—no ugly screw heads to step on or rust over time.

We wrap the raw outer edges with custom-mitered fascia boards for a clean, seamless, flush border finish. The entire deck is then vacuumed, wiped down, and hand-inspected for perfection.
